Highlights

Original efficient application for processing the results of the Earth's crust deep soundings using industrial power lines as powerful controlled sources is created

The results of FENICS experiments carried out in 2007, 2009, 2014 and 2019 are processed

Resistivity values are calculated using electric field, magnetic field and input impedance vector moduli

Results are displayed in the form of plots and spreadsheets of the calculated parameters

Abstract. The work is devoted to the creation and practical application of the software complex for processing the results of the FENICS experiment on deep electromagnetic sounding of the lithosphere of the Baltic Shield using industrial power lines. The complex includes: (a) A converter of heterogeneous data into a unified format. (b) A preprocessing program searching for a signal on the record of feeding line current, determining frequency and amplitude of the first harmonic, splitting the records of the receiving line into windows and determining the amplitude and phase each of the identified frequencies. (с) A post-processing program that calculates the apparent resistivity and phase of the effective impedance and estimates the errors. The results are saved as vector graphic files and duplicated by tables of numerical values. The processing of the primary data of the FENICS series experiments for the period from 2007 to 2019 is carried out. The resulting plots for the Vidlitsa point, located at a maximum distance of 864 km from the radiating antenna L-401 is presented as an example of the observation results.
